So... idk what to say. I gained all the weight that I burned in December 2018. 6 months no gym no workout and I feel disappointed. But this by no means is the end, this is the beginning. I will work our twice as harder and will make sure I hit my goal of 75 KGS. If you’re wondering why I quit working out, I have no excuses but only myself to blame. But this’ll change. I promise you. I’ll be back, much stronger!
