So... idk what to say. I gained all the weight that I burned in December 2018. 6 months no gym no workout and I feel disappointed. But this by no means is the end, this is the beginning. I will work our twice as harder and will make sure I hit my goal of 75 KGS. If you’re wondering why I quit working out, I have no excuses but only myself to blame. But this’ll change. I promise you. I’ll be back, much stronger!
232.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe going even harder isn't the solution. Maybe going hard before was the reason you "burned out". Maybe you need a more manageable long term plan. You can do it!

Yes that is a possibility. I’ll be taking a more suitable and fit diet plan this time so I may be able to manage it in future. Thanks for the advice! It really helps

Yes - I agree with Diabl0 - find a plan you can sustain so you can be consistent over the long term. Whatever you choose , you will do what your mind agrees to do!
