Well, as suspected, this morning's weigh in was a disappointment. Brisket is the devil and I think my recommended RDI is too high. If I actually want to lose weight I need to reduce my intake even more. Regardless of what the charts say, I am a 42 year old, 5' 3" man with a relatively slow metabolism. 1,800 calories it is.

7:16 - Ate the Salad for Lunch!! My wife is so proud. So proud of the fact that I stayed under my new 1,800 cal RDI,
147.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
