Very happy with the morning weigh in of 146.4. Just the same, I know that it will take longer than a few days to get to 138. It's been so long since I've seen the underside of 140, it just seems like a far away goal.
But once again, reading the journals of other folks is a tremendous help. God bless every single one of them for their dedication and honestly. They are my heroes.
10:18 - Curse the company that sent me 10 lbs of brisket. I love it and it is a killer. Tomorrow morning's weigh in should be interesting. I'm under my RDI by 11% but my intake to projected burn is 72 cal to the bad. I wonder if I just smoked the 1.6 lbs. loss I had this A.M.
Being able to read and see my own habits day to day is very (and sadly) illuminating.
