I'm alive. I didn't come home last night and I didn't weigh in when I woke up. I got home around noon and weighed in. I think it said 215 something but I also already ate toast and a mcgriddle and large diet coke, can of coke zero, coffee, 2 bottles of water, prior to weighing in. Not able to make it to the gym. It'll be my one day off for the month. We'll see what tomorrow shows. Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing friends- all worth a weight gain. At least its not from a binge at home alone.

I really don't know how to post on here. It doesn't ever want to come up and then I think it didn't work and then it comes up 8 hours later, three times in a row. I don't know what happened to what I thought I posted last night. David can do it when he gets home from the gym. There are several pics to post. He said there's a way to post them all at once.
