Welp up to 167. Don’t understand what’s going on as I’ve hit <100 RDI since I’ve started and been doing rigorous 45 minutes of calisthenics daily. With that said I feel good and my body feels a lot ‘firmer’ for lack of a better word.

Anyways, I’m going to force myself to do another 45 today even though my body is sore. I’m also going to swim w my son at the water park near the house.

I’ll keep trudging along and hope that my numbers start going the other direction soon.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job! Sometimes it takes the scale awhile to realize that it's supposed to be going DOWN! It'll catch on -- keep doing the right things, and you'll get great results, even if you have to wait a little bit for them.
