Only 😔 a .2 loss this week. I feel like my weight is at a set-point. As I have gained and lost the same 3 lbs. since the beginning of the year.when I do lose, then I have snack attacks, usually where I want ice cream. It is difficult and disappointing. But at least it was not a gain. And my neighbor came over last night and said he was treating us to Dairy Queen. I turned him down and said I had over e aten that day. I had already had an ice cream bar that afternoon. But can't believe I turned him down. Onward and downward. Have a nice weekend all.
196.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
