Up slightly 😔 this week. Bummer. I have been craving ice cream. And I had a new pasta recipe I tried. Was only going to have one cup. Well that was a disaster and the next day I gained over a pound. So will try to do better this week. Going to work in the yard a little today before it rains again. Good weeks all.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
