Fell prey to almonds and pecans yesterday. On the bright side, I didn't eat all of them. I showed a minor amount of self control. The real trick will be staying out of them today.
254.9 lb Lost so far: 72.1 lb.    Still to go: 34.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Failed that battle. Didn't even make it 4 hours before I succumbed to their siren call.

Small portions will it work? There are foods I cannot resist and I just have to avoid them at all times like peanuts
