I ate really well yesterday, didn't cheat one bit and I'm feeling much 'lighter'. My clothes are fitting better and even though I didn't loose any weight yesterday I am not discouraged, I start Phase 2 on Monday - yippee!! Not that worried if the weight slows down either, I am pretty sure I'm going to stay low carb from now on as it makes me feel much better in general. Wow, I never thought those words would come out of my mouth ;)
