I ate really well yesterday, didn't cheat one bit and I'm feeling much 'lighter'. My clothes are fitting better and even though I didn't loose any weight yesterday I am not discouraged, I start Phase 2 on Monday - yippee!!
Not that worried if the weight slows down either, I am pretty sure I'm going to stay low carb from now on as it makes me feel much better in general. Wow, I never thought those words would come out of my mouth ;)

Having this cold is making it tough to stay on track - trying hard but not 100%. At least I haven't gained any :)

I didn't bring enough snacks with me to work yesterday and ended up binging on taco bell for dinner because I was so hungry. I'm not going to beat myself up, I'll just get back on track today, gonna be a little tough since I've got a bad cold and all I want is some chicken noodle soup :(
