I’m kind of bummed. My weight went back up some. I still kept my calories below the RDI. I’m hoping it could be the constipation I’m having from switching to a low carb diet. I’m going to be more strict on myself if I’m able to. It’s my Birthday on Sunday and I have a few birthday celebrations happening. My Sister in law is taking me out to lunch. Our plan was Olive Garden before my diet. I thought I could get away with soup and salad but I’m thinking Ruby Tuesday is a better choice as I could just do the salad bar and not be as tempted as Olive Garden with their yummy rolls and Alfredo dipping sauce. On My Birthday my husband is taking me to a fancy Italian restaurant and I really can’t see maintaining my diet at dinner thou I’m going to try. He won’t change the venue as my dinner is free there and we always go on each other’s birthday. It’s the only way we can afford to eat dinner there.
307.5 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
