This week I had a breakthrough, I realized that this is more about obedience, than weight loss. This week, I exercised every day and stayed within my calories most days, exception Sunday...went over like 700 calories, due to eating out.
224.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not sure what you mean by "obedience" but consistency is key with weight loss. Staying on plan and exercising goes a long way, even if you don't see this weeks results to next week or later.
