This week I had a breakthrough, I realized that this is more about obedience, than weight loss. This week, I exercised every day and stayed within my calories most days, exception Sunday...went over like 700 calories, due to eating out.

I really didn't stay on anything, although I became aware that I had to put the brakes on. This week I want to concentrate on putting in my food intake. I also want to exercise for at least 4 days this week.

I am starting today to yield to God, instead of to temptation. I have been giving in to everything and my body feels it. So, Lord please help me to yield to you and to listen to what is good for my body, not my unquenchable desires.
