Another good day, stuck with the small snacks throughout the day, took some cheese whole wheat crackers and lots of veggies and fruit to snack on at work. Weight was the same this morning, wanting it to go down more but I'm sure in time, just keeping at what I'm doing.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
