Got weighed at the Doctor’s office two days ago and I was 163 lbs and I weighed myself this morning and I was 155 lbs. This doesn’t seem possible as much as I’d love to believe it! So I’m thinking it was a combination of being weighed midday the first time after a meal and it being a different scale than the one I have at home.

Wonder if my scale is off :/
155.3 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
