Finally a loss this week. not a big one but I will take any kind of loss. Have not done well this year. I tried IF several times this week and I think it has helped. So I will continue with that. So today I am a Happy camper. Good weekend everyone.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
