I am now officially 5lbs into the plan. Still a long way to go, but 5lbs is a GREAT start and I am really happy. At this rate, I should be at my first "goal weight" before Christmas. After that, however, I am positive my next goal will be even harder! That's OK. I keep reminding myself that this is about better habits more than it is about weight loss. If weight loss happens due to better habits, then that's all good, since then my habits will help me keep the weight off too!!
