I gained .5 lbs this week. I have been eating low cal (between 1000 and 1400 per day) and walking on my treadmill (40 mins at 3.0 4-5 days a week) but still gained. As I look, I think I am taking in too many grain carbs and to much soda. I drink about 60-80 oz of water but still have 2-3 diet pepsi's. I am going to cut down the carbs and eliminate the soda's for the rest of this week and see where I end up.
