I can't lose. Its frustrating. I am taking a break today and going to have a hamburger for lunch. Its making me mad that i have gained when i have been exercising and watching my calories. What a pisser.
205.7 lb Lost so far: 13.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
