It is Day 3, and I am seem to be moving along just find. Although I did have a sandwich from Wawa for lunch this afternoon, I chose to only eat half of it and save the other half for dinner. I never was able to do something like that. I mean the sandwich is already small and I chose to eat half!!!

I have no regrets of what I did. Along with the sandwich had had some baby carrots, and one serving size of Rold Gold pretzels. And of course "plenty of water".
193.0 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
