OMAD 22/2...Still motivated even though slow weight loss... But muscle gain with AM gym workouts and evening walks before feasting. Hoping being Overweight this month. Just doing it.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
