wow, I can't believe 4 lbs in 1 day! I know a lot of it is probably water weight but still feeling pretty good today and I know I'll stay on track!!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
