@Madfoxmade, I looked at your food diary and weight trend for this month. It doesn't look as if your chosen weight-loss WOE (way of eating) is working for you. There could be many reasons for this. Age, sex, your "ideal" weight, length of time you've been overweight, and specific health challenges are all factors. Please let us know if you're open to suggestions for change.

Your profile indicates that you're following "your own diet." Just a glance at your complete food diary indicates that your diet is heavy in carbs and includes quite a few packaged foods. Depending on your height and activity level, you may be eating *too few* calories. Let me suggest that you research weight loss styles and find a "prescription" that appeals to you. After decades of morbid obesity and failed dieting, I switched from low-carb/low-fat to LCHF (moderate protein). It took me a while to learn a new way of eating, but it's the most successful and health-supporting for me. You might consider trying a different "life-diet style." There are many people on FS that will help if asked.

Thank you for your comments. I did start this off before I fully engaged my mind. I had just come home from my cardiologist. I had been placed on a 2 G sodium diet. I down loaded the app to get me started. My son has been weight lifting and working on him self for a while. I reached out to him and he bought me a used gazelle. Which I am enjoying working on. Just have to build up my stamina. Nex shopping trip we will make a list keeping his goals and mine in mind. Also will start doing meal preps. I am excited to get started. Will keep in touch. Hugs for all your caring. Get started.
