My son got me a Gazelle Walker to take the stress off my hips a d knees.
I love it. I have to build my endurance though. I was only able to do about 4 minutes. The good thing is I get on it several times a day to build the endurance I need.
I feel positive that it will help me keep on track with walking. On these hot days if summer ahead. I will be inside walking and not getting a heat stroke outside.
Trying to get my routine down.
