Continuing to avoid gluten, eggs and dairy. Finally losing instead of gaining weight. Also avoiding sugar but not completely.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
