Well at least I stayed the same over Thanksgiving and the bad eating long holiday weekend... I hope to see a loss this week as I'm getting back on track with my running training.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
