Hey there! It's been awhile. I haven't been journaling or entering my food in awhile but I haven't really found the time :( This is our busy season so I'm usually in and out where ever and what ever I'm doing.
I did see my dr yesterday and he's putting me on a weight loss pill for the winter. The vitamin D is working and thinning me out looks wise but its not doing anything on the scale. My dr says I need a jumpstart. So we'll see!
