Week 4
I missed a weigh-in last week, but I'll just continue and count this week as the next. And uh-oh. I don't know what's happened.... I've been eating healthily and getting all my daily runs in. Maybe it could have something to do with (as everyone so eloquently puts it) TOM? Darn him! Hehe.
You know what - I might be showing a gain but I don't care because I feel really great, I haven't been eating so well in all my life. So maybe next week the scales will do all my hard work justice...
