I am down 2.2 lbs from last week and it is a bit of a shock. I fully expected to gain a bit this week....HOWEVER, I didn't! I had a few bad days of eating but I didn't stop tracking and I think that made me accountable to my "cheats". Tracking really has become the key for me. Now, if I can just get my butt back on the bike, life will be good. Baby steps right?
282.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sometimes things just work out! I bet that overall you are making better choices - and that will show up on the scale over time.
