I am a web marketing strategist who is a hockey fanatic. I play, coach, watch, collect and LOVE anything hockey. I can't wait to get back to it.

I joined Weight Watchers at work and have found success.
Since April 25th, I have lost 22 lbs. My goal is to lose another 99 lbs.
I would like to reach this gal by Aug 20/09. Using this site and having such a supportive community here is what is helping me along too.
Hockey is getting closer and closer....

WW Flex Points, Core or Bad Idea?
Don't let the points total scare you. With activity, you can gain points and there is always the 35 flex points per week to fall back on. Don't think about the total, think about the different foods...there are so many yummy 0 point snacks that you can fill the gap and not feel the growl.

Try celery and cucumber as a fast fulfilling 0 point snack or drink a glass of water with crystal light for flavoring to help with the hunger. Or have some soup!

Also, Smart Pop popcorn is a great snack and has less points that Low Fat Popcorn!

Just a few tips to get you jump-started.

Good Luck and keep at it, you can do it!
