Finally bought our new car!

Wanted to celebrate, so chose Ruby Tuesday's for salad bar and ribs. Was difficult to not have dessert and other no-no's on Keto, but I managed. Want to keep up with Metabolic Renewal & Keto food until Monday, April 22nd at least. After that I'll modify and set a new weight goal.

Feels good to have at least lost about 4 pounds so far. Not much, but I still feel better about my body now. Yay!
158.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
