All in all wasn't a bad week, had some ups and downs, still having some issues with my bowls moving on a regular basis, then my period started 2 days ago, so I'm sure i have some water gain and bloating, but I'm still on track sticking to watching my calories and carbs and especially my portions. So today i was on my wii challenge 53 days straight , my BMI went from 36.59 October 2nd to current BMI of 31.00 that's a drop of 5.59, now the weight goes by kg I've tried to change it but don't think you can, any way October 2nd weight start in kg was 92.5 kg and now 53 days later I'm at 84.4 kg that's 8.1 kg lost that means i have lost a total of 24 pounds. Wooooohooo.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
