38.9% I let PMS convince me to eat a whole bunch of chocolate yesterday, but did not eat very many calories all together. (ie, chocolate INSTEAD of food, and not in addition to) I feel that I have pulled off something very naughty by losing a small amount of weight anyway. :) Well, I don't intend to make it a habit. And I need to go shopping for veggies and such to distract me from the chocolate. But mmm mmm mmm, that chocolate was good!

P.S. (re: last entry) I decided it was just that the first 20 lbs came from all over but the last 10 lbs came right from my rear end and thighs!
169.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like me this week(except for the not many calories part, lol!) Good job on losing weight and still enjoying chocolate! No guilt now, we all need that now and then! Your chart looks awesome!

Aaww, you had CHOCOLATE!!!! I have 7 more lbs to lose before I endulge in CHOCOLATE. hoping to lose a total of 40 lbs by my birthday, so I can have CHOCOLATE as a treat to myself. Then, I will tell you how good CHOCOLATE is! I am justing hoping this week's monthly water gain doesn't set me back! CHOCOLATE.....what form of CHOCOLATE did you have???? white, dark, milk, w/ or w/o nuts, frozen, whipped cream, cake, brownie, ice cream, candy, cookie, (I am thinking it's probably too hot for hot chocolate), milk shake, pudding,....???? NOW LOOK WHAT YOU STARTED!!!!! LOL

lol, dwhummers, you are cracking me up! it was dark chocolate. I still have half a bar... I'll save it for you and you can come over 7 lbs from now. ;)
