well I guess in everybody's journey to weight loss a little rain must fall . I gained 6 pounds this week as I went on a three-day Hiatus to Florida and broke my diet but oh well, I will get back on it hard and heavy and try not to let this happen again.
217.5 lb Lost so far: 75.7 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
