Slightly up today -- but weighing in every day, that is to be expected every once in a while. Still, happy with my progress, and especially with the progress of disciplining my eating habits. If I can continue to do well there, then I will win in the long run.

That's great, keep up the great work. We can't all change every bad habit at once. I know that it took me years to break myself of most of my habits.
One thing I may suggest...
You should add weight-training to your workout routine. Every healthful exercise should include weight-training. Do you have a gym membership? If not, maybe get some dumbbells for home? You'd be surprised how better you feel (stronger) and how faster you'll lose weight if you incorporate weights.
BTW, Have you bought the calipers yet?

That is wonderful and a great attitude :) One of the biggest obstacles for a lot of people is being too concerned about little fluctuations on the scale. If you're eating right and exercising, you won't gain fat, so it really isn't anything to worry about! Usually it is only water. I agree with the weight training suggestion. It can really change your body shape in very positive ways.
