At TOPS this a m I was down 3 lbs from last week. My starting wt there was 148.5 and now 145.5. One wk on Atkins and I think I've finally gotten the hang of things. That is no wine, coffee and bad carbs.
Someone suggested making a pitcher of ice tea with water, ice cubes, real lemon and stevia. So today I did and have drank 2 lg glasses so far. It sure is a quencher in this hot weather. So far I haven't craved wine. I'll just have to make it my new habit! go me!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

careful drinkin the tea with stevia it tastes good but has carbs! make sure you look at the stevia labeland count it you also have to count the lemon! those are the types that sneek up on ya and stall you and leave you wondering what happen i didn't cheat?
