Ok, actually down a lot from a very stressful weekend. But, I live next to a beach now and am going to become a more relaxed and easy going person because of it, no more stress! I am trying to decorate the inside of my house to be very calming and serene.

Goals today:
1. Drink 64oz of water
2. Allowed one soda, but it has to be caffeine free
3. Run 1 mile
4. Stretch before bed!

I think that;s enough goals for one day.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lmao. you are too hilarious girl! I have to ween myself off caffeine if I'm gonna quit soda completely. baby steps, lol.

ok, sike yourself out if you must! whats wrong w/ caffeine... i love it. i will not quit coffee. i did switch one out for tea

coffee has like 8 calories though, soda 130-150 and it makes me dependent :)

on the sugar or caffeine? whatcha trying to cut out? i think soda in general is dangerous!
