OK. I did not hit my water goal yesterday but did get in some exercise at the beach before it started storming again. I think it has rained everyday since we moved in! Anyway, my goals for today are:

1. Drink 64 oz of H2O
2. No soda, only water
3. Weights and pilates tonight
4. Run one mile, knees permitting :)

My knees have been starting to act up a bit with all the humidity but they have done me well so far. My shins hurt a bit while running so I need to stretch them extra good today too!

Here are two trick for getting up to your wather goal. 1- Use lemon with water. It always helps me drink alot more. 2 - With meals use red or white pepper to season with. They both are more spicy then black pepper (doesn't take too much) and you will find instead of drinkin 1 glass you will have drank 3. Hope those help.

What is your water goal? I wish I liked running. So many people on here run, and I think that's great. So keep it up!
