I am now drinking up to 4 <591.ml of water a day, exercising 1 and a half hours a day, eating healthier foods, smaller portions. Staying on track, and motivated, have a new found energy. I have lost a total of 21 pounds, 12 to go in order to reach my first mini goal. My B.M.I Has gone down 5.22 , i have 1.29 points to go and I'm out of the obese category, and working on getting out of the over weight category. I have never been this focused, or motivated, I have seen how losing 21 pounds has made me feel and i want more.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
