Diet Break Day #2

PM weigh in. 10 hrs sleep. Gym early this AM. Was off and home most of day yesterday. Ate 3900 calories. Only around 2k today since I work tonight and slept through the day. Balancing around 3k to see what happens on this hiatus.
279.2 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

*snaps fingers w head back* and I actually ate almost 5k calories because I stayed up from 7am to 630am the next day.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It was prob cortisol induced from the food.. This has been my baseline /low weight for a bit
