ran 7 miles yesterday, been eating great all week, and still the scale keeps going up again 🤬
258.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

BUY A NEW SCALE! There's obviously something wrong with the one you have! You're doing great, and don't let any dumb ole scale tell you otherwise!

Lol thank you! My clothes continue to fit better so even though I want to see the number go down I am not getting too stressed that it jumps up and down a little

I ran 7 miles yesterday and gained 3 pounds :) However, I also consumed 120+ carbs. On a normal day when I run 5+ miles I lose weight. On those days I usually consume less than 20 carbs a day. Good luck!
