Another week away but my weight's holding steady. The friend I'd been supporting in hospital lost his battle last Thursday and his wife has been staying with me since he died. Understandably it's been a tough week but we're returning to somewhere near normal and I hope to be back here regularly very soon.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2037 kcal Fat: 97.96g | Prot: 64.56g | Carb: 235.73g.   Breakfast: stewed apple , rolled oats , honey, coffee, sunfllower seeds, banana, plain yogurt, pomegranate . Lunch: light mayo, wholemeal bread, cucumber, prosciutto ham. Dinner: baked beans, olive oil, egg, tomato, wholemeal bread. Snacks/Other: chocolate, walnut, Genuine Draft Light Beer, satsuma. more...
