Week 1 of Phase 3. Gain today as expected. But, not horrible considering the cheats from the first day (yesterday). Still have my 2+lb cushion before a steak day.
Rest of the week will be pure P3 eating, which is fine since I love all my P3 foods!
Side note: While I expected a gain today, I am slightly jealous of my boyfriend, who lost .6 after yesterday's cheats. But, it's okay. He has more to lose and needs the positive things of this diet to continue. I can deal with the fluctuations. Would hate to think how upset he would have been if today's weights were reversed.
