KETO flu in FULL EFFECT!!! super sluggish yesterday... no gym... my son asked for lunch after school. I fell asleep!!! I woke up at 7pm he was eating a totinos pizza, banana.... and had a banana nutella sandwich on the side for his dessert cuz mom was out. not the best choices but I was proud of him for working with what he had. had my first drop.... in the 230's again.... momentum at 100%..... thanks for the support!!!
239.8 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have some extra salt or some broth. Drink water and take it easy. Soon you will be over it and in ketosis and it will be clear sailing from there!!! Good job

Agree with live. It's amazing what extra salt will accomplish. Be good to you for a few days and it gets better :)
