Okay, I weighed myself this morning - we've had a crazy weekend with moving my parents into a new place, and still they need to have work done on building the house, and then last night we had to drive my mom to the train station at 3am, which kept us up until like almost 5am... so that really does a number on my digestive system... ate fast food yesterday too even though I ran like I was supposed to (3/1x5 + warm up and cool down), but I didn't really remember EXACTLY what I weighed early this morning, so later on, after having a cup of coffee and getting dressed, I re-weighed myself and I was like 3lb heavier. This time I had a laugh at that, because I know it's clothing and liquids in my stomach, etc...

Todays run is really tough... 4/1x4. That will be a real challenge. Yesterday's run was tough too, I had a side stitch the entire time after the first 3/1, and it was SUPER awful the very last 3/1, so bad that I was like having to grab the side rails of the treadmill with one hand so I could grab my side, but I freakin' finished it. I haven't had a stitch since my first day of running, I read a bunch about how to breath and what to eat before and make sure I'm hydrated, etc... but I just knew that yesterdays run was going to be a bear because of all the other activity and weird hours that we had been keeping lately.

Unfortunately, I don't see my day filled with activity, because I'm still recovering from yesterday, being up with only short naps, again for way too long... but I think I'll be more prepared for the run today than yesterday, I have to psych myself up for a run like 4/1x4... tomorrow is a "rest" day, with 2/1x8. Last time I did a 2/1x8 I struggled, so hopefully, in two days, that run I will see improvement.

Cutting coupons and going grocery shopping later to help keep me on track, my father being around while he's building this house is a bad influence, he loves junk food... ARG!
