Ate very little on Monday, yesterday started no sugar or flour, most of this loss is likely water due to drinking Sunday night. But glad I'm going down.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 28.0 lb a week
