Again same weight, although this morning i weighed 1 lb less then i did tonight.
My mini goals that will get me to my large goal.
November 24th 178 pounds
December 21st January162 pounds
January 17th 146 pounds
February 13th 130 pounds
Long term goal to maintain this weight for a better healthier thinner never before seen me.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
