wow! what a drop
I did weigh after my run today so I wonder if that is reflected in this drop? I dont want to be disappointed if it goes up a little tomorrow
253.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice but yes, depending on how much you sweat your weight could be a lot lower.

Nice drop!!! It's possible, I try to be consistent about the time of day I check my weight. Usually, it's before my first meal and exercise.

I usually weigh before breakfadt/workout. Just forgot yesterday lol
