Ok, for the Challenge....I did exercise some, and had alot more water than usual. I feel really good today, despite lack of sleep and stand still on my weight for week 1. I put on my toning shoes, but today is errand day. My Blood Sugar was still high this morning at 169. But I feel good. :)
177.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
