OK. I bought a new scale (digital) so I wouldn't mess up on the weight like I did yesterday. The new scale said exactly 230.0 so I am sticking with that. I don't know how to edit the 235 from yesterday, so I'll just leave it for now.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
